Return & Refund Policy

At The Serene Scripture Store, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

However, we understand that occasionally items may arrive damaged or not meet the expected quality. If this occurs, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis, provided that:

• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at theserenescripture@gmail.com
• You provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or quality issue
• The item has not been used or altered

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit your request before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You can do this by signing in to your account and submitting a return or cancellation request from your order history.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been accessed or downloaded, personalised or custom-made items, or other goods exempt under applicable EU law.
