What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and any other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we're only able to make changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at theserenescripture@gmail.com if you need to make a change.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Wherever you are in the world, we'd love to share a little peace with you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our products are made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus shipping time. Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your order's journey to you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because each item is made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at theserenescripture@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund for you promptly.

What are your products made from?
We work with our print-on-demand partner to offer high-quality garments and accessories. Product materials and fabric details are listed on each individual product page.
How do I care for my items?
To keep your items looking their best, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low. Avoid ironing directly over any printed areas. Specific care instructions are included on the product label.
Do you offer sizing guidance?
Yes! Each clothing product page includes a size guide to help you find the perfect fit. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed, comfortable feel.
